Terms of Service

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions:

1. Program Overview: Our affiliate program allows registered users ("Affiliates") to earn a commission on sales of our software products ("Products") by promoting them through unique referral links or codes.
2. Eligibility: To participate in our affiliate program, you must be 18 years of age or older and have a registered account with our SaaS company. We reserve the right to reject any application without explanation.
3. Commissions: Affiliates will earn a commission of 10% for each sale referred to us by their unique referral link or code. Commissions will be paid out monthly, as long as the minimum payout threshold of $100 has been reached. If a sale is refunded or cancelled, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the Affiliate's account.
4. Promotion Guidelines: Affiliates may promote our Products through their website, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. However, they must adhere to the following guidelines:

• No spamming or unsolicited messaging
• No false or misleading advertising
• No bidding on branded keywords or variations thereof (e.g: keyword insights, keyword insights review)
• No promotion on adult, hate speech, or illegal content
• No violation of any intellectual property rights

1. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate an Affiliate's account at any time without notice if they violate any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Affiliates may also terminate their account at any time by giving us written notice.
2. Liability: Our company will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this affiliate program, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.
3. Modification: We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time without notice. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly and staying up-to-date with any changes.
4. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of United Kingdom.
